Our proposal is a fusion of the classic and the contemporary. We serve traditional cocktails but our drink list is a true invitation to extraordinary tasting. We were inspired by the seven deadly vices, but don’t be fooled, there is more virtue in these cocktails than you might imagine.
The Location
As soon as you cross the threshold of our venue, you will feel catapulted to distant countries. The evocative atmospheres and sophisticated decor will awaken your senses, taking you on an imaginary journey between Morocco and Tunisia. This is what we felt when we first set foot in this historic building 24 years ago.
Spirito Santo was born as a hidden treasure inside our beloved restaurant, the Antico Monastero. For 24 years, the Antico Monastero has offered its guests fine cuisine in an environment rich in history and tradition. Today, with Spirito Santo, we want to give our customers an even more complete experience by offering a selection of craft cocktails that perfectly match our culinary offerings.
